CONTRACT ANNOUNCEMENT

EID awarded €42.3M contract For Portugal

Cohort, the independent technology group, is pleased to announce that its
Portuguese subsidiary EID has been awarded a contract with a value of €42.3M
to deliver Integrated Communication Systems (ICS) and Networks to the
Portuguese Navy. The systems will be used in the Navy's new fleet, including
Supply and Offshore Patrol Vessels. Delivery will take place over the period
to 2029.

systems to the defence and security markets. Chess has been part of the Group
