Director Shareholdings
Cohort, the independent technology group, today announces the following director share transactions:
Jeff Perrin, Non-executive Director
The Company was informed yesterday that Mr Perrin had purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") on 15 December 2015 for a total consideration of 15,612.95 (the "Purchase"). The registered holder of the 4,000 Ordinary Shares is Barclays Stockbrokers.
Following the Purchase, Mr Perrin's interest and that of his connected persons in Ordinary Shares is 4,000, representing 0.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company. 
Simon Walther, Finance Director
The Company was informed today that Mr Walther had transferred 3,778 Ordinary Shares into a personal nominee account and a further 5,000 Ordinary Shares into a nominee account in the name of Mrs Walther (the "Transfers") on 16 December 2015.
Following the Transfers, Mr Walther's interest and that of his connected persons in Ordinary Shares remains at 87,911, representing 0.21% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
