Director Shareholdings
The Company announces that on 11 January 2022 Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive,
exercised options over 1,993 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
("Shares"), pursuant to the maturity of options granted on 7 September 2018
under the Cohort plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
As a result of the above transaction, Andrew Thomis' beneficial interest in
shares of the Company is 212,561 representing 0.52% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements
