The Company announces that it was notified on 21 April 2022 that:
a) in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 21 April 2022,
Andrew Thomis, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) sold
4,247 Shares at a price of 471 pence per share from his nominee account and
then repurchased, into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), 4,239 Shares at a
price of 471.7 pence per share.
b) in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 21 April 2022,
Yasmin Thomis, a PCA of Andrew Thomis, sold 4,247 shares at a price of 471
pence per share from her nominee account and then repurchased on 21 April
2022, into her ISA, 4,238 shares at a price of 471.7 pence per Share.
