("Cohort" or "the Company")

 

Grant of Share Options under the Sharesave Scheme

 

Pursuant to an invitation issued to all employees on 23 August 2024, the
Company granted options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
on 19 September 2024 under the Cohort plc 2016 Savings Related Share Option
Scheme (SAYE) to Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive, and Simon Walther, Finance
Director, as follows:

The SAYE options are made pursuant to three-year savings contracts and the
exercise price, which is discounted by 20%, is based on the share price at
close of business on 22 August 2024, being the dealing day immediately prior
to the date of invitation to apply for options.  The savings contracts may be
cancelled at any time during the three-year period.

The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements
of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
