Director Shareholdings

 

 

The Company announces that it was notified on 9 April 2025 that:

 

 

a)    in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 8 April 2025,
Andrew Thomis, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) sold
1,780 Shares at a price of 1124 pence per share from his nominee account and
then repurchased, into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), 1,777 Shares at a
price of 1125 pence per share.

 

b)    in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 8 April 2025,
Yasmin Thomis, a PCA of Andrew Thomis, sold 1,780 shares at a price of 1124
pence per share from her nominee account and then repurchased into her ISA,
1,777 shares at a price of 1125 pence per Share.

 

c)     In addition to the above transaction, on 9 April 2025, Yasmin
Thomis, a PCA of Andrew Thomis, sold 5,358 Shares from her nominee account at
a price of 1120 pence for the purpose of adding to the ISAs held by their
three sons.

 

As a result of the above transactions, the beneficial interest in Shares in
the Company of Andrew Thomis, including his PCAs is presented in the table
below.
