PDMR - Purchase of SIP Shares

 

The Company was notified on 15 October 2025 that, following the annual
accumulation period which ended on 30 September 2025, and in accordance with
the rules of the Cohort plc Share Incentive Plan (SIP), ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the Company were purchased by the SIP Trustees, on 15 October
2025 to be held in Trust beneficially on behalf of Andrew Thomis, Chief
Executive, and Simon Walther, Finance Director:

The SIP purchase price is based on the lower of the share price at the
beginning of the accumulation period (1 October 2024), being 950 pence, and

Following completion of the transactions detailed above, the interests of
Andrew Thomis and Simon Walther and their connected persons in the shares of
