Director Shareholdings

 

The Company announces that, following payment of the Company's interim
dividend on 17 February 2026, dividends received in respect of ordinary shares
of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") held by Andrew Thomis, Chief
Executive, and Simon Walther, Finance Director, were automatically reinvested
and have now been notified to the individuals as follows:

representing 0.32% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
