Director Shareholdings

 

 

The Company announces that it was notified on 10 April 2026 that:

 

 

a)    in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 9 April 2026,
Andrew Thomis, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) sold
1,613 Shares at a price of £12.40 per share from his nominee account and then
repurchased, into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), 1,611 Shares at a
price of £12.4062 per share.

 

b)    in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 9 April 2026,
Yasmin Thomis, a PCA of Andrew Thomis, sold 1,611 shares at a price of £12.42
per share from her nominee account and then repurchased into her ISA, 1,609
shares at a price of £12.426207 per Share.

 

As a result of the above transactions, the beneficial interest in Shares in
the Company of Andrew Thomis, including his PCAs is presented in the table
below.
