Result of AGM

Cohort, the AIM listed independent technology group, announces that at its
Annual General Meeting held earlier today all the resolutions contained within
the Notice of Meeting dated 27 September 2022 were duly passed by
shareholders.

A summary of the votes received for each resolution is as follows:

3.        A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in
the calculation of the proportion of the votes "for" and "against" a
resolution.

4.        All percentages are shown to two decimal places.

 

The Board of Cohort notes the 20.09% of votes cast against Resolution 3.  The
Board will continue to engage with all shareholders to gain a better
understanding of their concerns.
