** Shares of defence technology group Cohort CHRT.L rise as much as 15.1% to 1420p; largest single day gain since July 16, 2025 
** Reports revenue of about £303 million  ($407.44 million)and adjusted operating profit of around £36 million for the year ended April 30, ahead of market expectations
** Says order intake jumped 10% in the year, supported by robust performance in its communications and intelligence units
** YTD the stock is up ~53%
