Colefax is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting, which was held today, were duly approved by shareholders. Proxy votes were received from shareholders representing 48.9% of the issued share capital of the company and those in favour of specific resolutions ranged from 99.5% to 100%.
