Sustainable Capital PLC 2022-F2 EUR due 2034 ISIN GB00BPW5RV72
(the "Notes")
Credit rating agency EuroRating(TM) has assigned an investment grade,
long-term, international-scale credit rating with a stable outlook to the
Notes which will be used to finance the final phase of development of the
100MWh Aidu Wind Farm ("Aidu").
The Notes have also received a 'Dark Green' rating and are classified as SFDR
'Article 9' through Second Party Opinion provided by CICERO.
The investment grade rating of the Notes is based on the high DSCR (average of
2.82) and the security of the PPAs which are made up of a fixed-rate Estonian
government (AA-) subsidy at €53.7/MWh as well as the Nordpool market price
(12-month average price 119/MWh).
Aidu is fully permitted with construction due to start on the final phase of
the project in Q2 2022.
The minimum investment is 100,000 EUR and will be settled via Clearsteam, or
Euroclear. The Notes will be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under ISIN
GB00BPW5RV72.
