 * Connected transaction - joint announcement subscription agreement in relation to home e&e  1778.HK  
 * Says home e&e, fantasia China, meilijia investment, qianhai shengfeng and subscribers entered into subscription agreement 
 * Total consideration of approximately RMB205.0 million by way of capital injection into home e&e in cash 
 * Pursuant to agreement, total subscription price shall be settled in cash by depositing sum to designated bank account of home e&e 
 * Says pursuant to deal home e&e has agreed to issue 5.2 million shares in home e&e 
 * Subscription will not lead to any gain or loss to Colour Life
