UK Stocks-Factors to watch on June 25 June 25 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Thursday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.3%.
* ITV: Sky, the Comcast CMCSA.O-owned British pay TV group, has agreed on terms to buy ITV's ITV.L broadcast and streaming unit, two people familiar with the matter said, with ITV acquiring "The Great British Bake Off" producer Love Productions as part of the deal.
* AUTO: A rise in shipments to the U.S. drove up UK's vehicle production in May, with output rising 2.7% from a year earlier, snapping four months of decline, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders said.
* OIL: Oil prices extended their decline to near levels last seen before the start of the Iran war, as rising supply expectations from the Middle East outweighed demand concerns.
* METALS: Aluminium traded softer with the Middle East war risk premium fading as a fragile peace in the region continues to hold.
* GOLD: Gold extended losses after breaking below the key $4,000-per-ounce level for the first time in seven months a day earlier, as the dollar held strong on rising expectations of Federal Reserve interest rate hikes this year.
* FTSE: London stocks advanced on Wednesday, with the domestically focused midcap FTSE index snapping a four-day losing streak as real-estate stocks rallied after Segro rejected U.S.-based Prologis' $16.6 billion bid.
* EX-DIVS: Experian EXPN.L, International Consolidated Airlines ICAG.L, Metlen Energy & Metals MTLN.L, Lion Finance BGEO.L will trade without entitlement to its latest dividend pay-out on Thursday.
