Brief: M-up unit says business and capital alliance

May 25(Reuters) - M-up Inc  3661.T 
    
    * Says its 90.9 percent-owned unit WEARE Inc plans business
and
capital alliance with CommSeed Corp  3739.NG , Tokyo News
Service,Ltd, and a Nagoya-based company, which is mainly engaged
in digital content business and Internet related business 
    * Says CommSeed, Tokyo News Service and the Nagoya-based
company
will acquire 90 shares (6.3 percent stake), 90 shares (6.3
percent stake) and 30 shares (2.1 percent stake) in WEARE for
30.6 million yen, 30.6 million yen and 10.2 million yen
respectively, through private placement
    * Says the company will acquire 120 shares of WEARE for 40.8
million yen through private placement, and will hold 78.3
percent voting power in WEARE after the acquisition 
    * Private placement date on May 31
