10 June 2018, Doha - Qatar: Further to the announcement dated 26 September 2017 titled "Commercial Bank's stake in United Arab Bank (P.J.S.C.)" and the updated announcements dated 22 October 2017, 26 December 2017, 29 January 2018 and 1 March 2018 kindly note that Commercial Bank has ceased discussions with Tabarak Investment Owned by Tabarak Commercial Investment One Person Company LLC in respect of the potential purchase of the Commercial Bank (P.S.Q.C.)'s stake in United Arab Bank (P.J.S.C.), a publicly listed entity on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (A.D.X.), with its registered head office in Sharjah, UAE.
