CAIRO - March 25(th), 2024

 

In acknowledgment of Mr. Jay-Michael Baslow's wish to step down from the Board
as an independent non-executive board member due to family reasons, Commercial
International Bank (CIB) - Egypt's Board of Directors has accepted in its
board meeting today Mr. Baslow's official resignation effective March 31(st),
2024. With their best wishes for him in his next chapter, the Directors of the
Board expressed their deep appreciation and gratitude to his dedication and
valuable contribution during his service at the Board where he also chaired
the Risk Committee.
