RELEASE

 

Reference to the resolution of the Ordinary General Assembly held on the September 25(th),2025, regarding utilizing a portion of the general reserve as of the financial statements of March 31(st) 2025 to increase the issued and paid-in capital from EGP 30,708,510,000 to EGP 33,779,361,000, an increase of EGP 3,070,851,000 through the issuance of 307,851,000 bonus shares and distributing one bonus share for every ten existing shares, CIB would like to announce that the bonus shares distribution will take place on Wednesday, December 17(th) 2025 for Bank shareholders till end of Tuesday, December 16(th) 2025 trading session. Any fractional shares resulting from the allocation will be rounded in favor of smaller shareholders.
