Appointment of Remuneration Committee Chair

Computacenter plc ("Computacenter" or the "Company"), a leading independent

currently an independent non-executive director on the Company's Board of
Directors, will become Chair of its Remuneration Committee with effect from 30
September 2024 when, as previously announced, Dr Ros Rivaz will step down from
