Director/PDMR Shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(a)
On 30 March 2015, Computacenter plc was notified that Christopher Webb, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), had on 27 March 2015, exercised options over 200,000 ordinary shares of 75/9 pence each in the capital of the Company, at an option exercise price of 250 pence, under the Computacenter Employee Share Option Scheme 1998.
The shares for the above-mentioned exercise were satisfied out of shares held by the Computacenter Employee Share Ownership Plan. 
The Company was further notified on 30 March 2015, that on 27 March 2015 and subsequent to the exercise of options referred to above, Mr Webb sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 75/9 pence each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 680.52 pence per share.
