On 31 May 2016, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Collis BVBA had, on the same day, purchased 6,300 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of 8.50 per share. Collis BVBA now owns 11,687 ordinary shares of the Company. 
Collis BVBA is a company that is 50 per cent owned by Lieven Bergmans, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Company, and additionally 50 per cent owned by Katrien Vinken, a connected person of Lieven Bergmans.
