Directorate Change - Confirmation of Effective Date

Further to its announcement dated 5 April 2024 disclosing that Dr Ros Rivaz
intended to step down from the Board and her current position of Senior
Independent Director prior to the Company's AGM in 2025, Computacenter plc
today confirms that she will do so with effect from Monday 30 September 2024.

The Chair of Computacenter, Pauline Campbell, commented:

"The Board would like to thank Ros for the very significant contribution she
has made during her tenure as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair
of the Remuneration Committee and Workforce Engagement Director."
