Computacenter plc ("Computacenter" or the "Company"), the independent provider of IT infrastructure and services that enables users, announces that Brian McBride is to step down from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Directors (the "Board"), with effect from 18 May 2015, and that he will therefore not seek re-election to the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") on 19 May 2015. 
The Company confirms that a process to select a new Non-Executive Director to replace Mr. McBride is now underway, although it is not currently anticipated that this process will have been completed by the time of the Company's AGM. 
Greg Lock, Chairman of Computacenter, commented:
