Proposed Change of Auditor 
 
Computacenter plc ("Computacenter" or the "Company") today announces that it
has completed a formal process to tender the statutory audit for the Group. As
noted in Computacenter's 2013 Annual Report and Accounts, this audit tender
was carried out in order to comply with good governance practice. 
 
Following its receipt of a recommendation from the Company's Audit Committee,
the Computacenter Board of Directors has subsequently resolved to propose the
appointment of KPMG LLP as the new auditor of the Company, for approval by
shareholders at, and with effect from, the Company's 2015 Annual General
Meeting ("2015 AGM"). 
 
Ernst & Young LLP will continue its current role as the Company's statutory
auditor until the Company's 2015 AGM. It has fulfilled this role since the
Company's flotation on the London Stock Exchange in 1998.
