Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a designer and manufacturer of
leading-edge computer products, systems, and mission-critical solutions used
in high-performance markets by some of the world's major OEMs, announces that
the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.00 p.m. on
Wednesday 10 June 2026 at the Company's offices at Building 1230, Arlington
Business Park, Theale, Berkshire RG7 4SA. The Notice of the AGM and the Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("Annual Report"),
have today been made available to shareholders on the Company's website
at: https://concurrent.tech/investors/ (https://concurrent.tech/investors/) .
The Notice of the AGM, Annual Report, and Form of Proxy will today be mailed
to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

 

The Notice of the AGM contains a resolution to approve the proposed final
dividend of 1.155 pence per ordinary share in the Company, details of which
were announced in the Company's final results announcement on 13 April 2026.
Subject to shareholder approval, the final dividend will be paid on 3 July
2026 to shareholders on the register on 19 June 2026.
