information relating to the proposed issue of convertible bonds  
 * Subscriber A and co agreed to cancel subscription notice served relating to 
subscription of convertible bonds a in principal amount of hk$40 million 
 * Subscriber B and co agreed to amend principal amount of convertible bonds b 
from hk$350 million to hk$330 million
