                              Holdings in Company

Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc ("Conroy" or the "Company") (AIM: CGNR,
ESM: CGNR.I), the gold mining company which is planning to develop its first
operational gold mine at Clontibret in Co. Monaghan, Ireland, was informed
earlier today that Pageant Holdings Limited no longer holds any shares in the
capital of the Company. Prior to this notification, insofar as the Company is
aware, Pageant Holdings Limited held 14,586,033 ordinary shares, equivalent to
4.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
