At 1:30 p.m. EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.19% at 51,084.57. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.83% at 7,737.19 and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 1.60% at 27,097.91.
