** Constellation Technologies Ltd  CT1.AX  rises as much as
21.6% to hit a four-month high of A$0.045
    ** IT services developer says its Chinese unit signed its
first contract in the region with Beijing BHZQ Environmental

    ** Unit to provide a new operational management solution
(OMS) for a large-scale ecological corridor construction project
    ** Says contract is worth A$480,000 and payment will be
received within two months
    ** Stock marks its biggest intraday percentage gain since

    ** More than 13.1 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 2.2 mln
    ** Stock up 68.2% this year, as of last close
