** Shares of Constellation Technologies  CT1.AX  rise as
much as 50% to A$0.003, set to climb most since June 3 - if
current gains hold
    ** Digital solutions co enters agreement with Compass Group
(Australia) Pty Ltd for supply, installation & ongoing services
for Callisto Food Safety & Compliance product suite (FSC suite)
    ** Co says FSC suite is a set of hardware & software
designed to meet the operational needs of commercial kitchens
    ** Stock hits its highest level since June 3
    ** About 1.6 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 973,676
    ** Stock down more than 33% this year, as of last close
