    * Says its construction unit plans to invest $76 million to 
set up five units in the U.S. 
    * Says its unit will wholly own CDC (US) Corp and CDC 
Investment Management LLC, will 71.04 percent own CFH Holdings 
LLC, 55.18 percent own SF Investor LLC and SF Property LLC
