Coral Products plc, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces it was informed on 12 October 2021 that Paul Freud, a director of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares at 13.3438 pence ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of this purchase, the aggregate holding of Paul Freud amounts to 2,298,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 2.84 per cent of the issued share capital.
