PDMR/Director Dealings

Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of
plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces it was informed
on 13 December 2021 that Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, purchased
70,000 ordinary shares at 15.125 pence ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of
this purchase, the aggregate holding of Joe Grimmond amounts to 6,413,337
Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 7.97 per cent of the issued share
capital.

This announcement contains inside information for the purpose of Article 7 of
