Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of
plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces it was informed
on 14 December 2022 that Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, purchased
50,000 ordinary shares at 18.4 pence ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of this
purchase, the aggregate holding of Joe Grimmond amounts to 6,488,337 Ordinary
Shares in the Company representing 7.19 per cent of the issued share
capital.
