Director/PDMR dealing

 

Coral Products plc, a group of specialist businesses in the design, UK
manufacture and omni-channel supply of a wide range of bespoke plastic
products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces it was informed on 20
February 2025 that Joe Grimmond, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman,
purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company of 1 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") at 5.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

As a result of this purchase, Joe Grimmond now has a beneficial interest over
6,602,337 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 7.42 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.

 

The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to
constitute inside information as stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulations
(EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK Domestic Law by virtue of the
