Director's Shareholding
Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces that on 3 February 2015 Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8.9p per share.
Following this transaction, Joe Grimmond has a beneficial interest in 5,173,337 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
