Appointment of Ian Hillman as an Executive Director

 

Coral Products plc (AIM: CRU), a specialist in the design, manufacture and
supply of plastic products, announces that, Ian Hillman has been appointed as
an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

 

Further disclosures on Mr Ian Hillman as required under Schedule Two,
paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies are included in the appendix
below.

Appendix

 

The following information is disclosed in respect of Mr Ian James Hillman (age
50) pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Mr Hillman was a director of Cadillac Plastic Limited when the company went
under a Company Voluntary Agreement (CVA) with the creditors which was
proposed by the directors of the company. The agreement was completed
according to the terms of CVA on 14 December 2012 and the company has been
reinstated since.  The creditors amount at the time of the CVA was
£1,140,138 which included £50,000 of Mr Hillman's own funds.

 

Ian Hillman was a director of Wellesley Park Limited during which time it was
dissolved via members voluntary liquidation on 28 December 2018 and he was a
director of Marlee Real Estate Limited during the time it was dissolved via
compulsory strike-off on 9 October 2018.

 

Ian Hillman owns 4,838,710 ordinary shares of Coral Products Plc which
represents 5.36% of the issued ordinary shares in the Company.

 

There is no further information which is required to be disclosed under
Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of Mr
Ian Hillman.
