Posting Extension - Final Report and Accounts to 30 April 2020
 
Coral Products PLC, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces that due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, the Company will be unable to post its annual audited accounts to shareholders for the year to 30 April 2020 by the 31 October 2020 deadline pursuant to AIM Rule 18.
 
Further to the guidance provided by AIM Regulation in "Inside Aim" on 26 March 2020, the Company requested an additional period of up to three months to publish its annual audited accounts for the year ended 30 April 2020.
 
AIM Regulation has granted the extension, and therefore the Company will publish its annual audited accounts to 30 April 2020 by 31 January 2021.  Coral has also applied for and been granted an extension to delay the filing of its audited annual accounts by Companies House.
 
Trading Update
 
The draft unaudited results for the Company for the year to 30 April 2020 remain in line with the update notified on 14 May 2020.
 
The Company provided a trading update on 24 August 2020 on its unaudited trading results for the 3 months to 31 July 2020 ("Q1 2020").
 
The Company confirms that trading in the 2-month period from 1 August 2020 to 30 September 2020 has continued in line with the trend reported in Q1 2020.
