ISSUE OF OPTIONS
Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products, announces that, on 8 December 2014, it issued, in aggregate, 1,650,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company to a director and certain employees under its EMI approved option scheme. 
The options have an exercise price of 16p and will be exercisable at any time between the second and tenth anniversary of the issue date, being between 8 December 2016 and 8 December 2024. 
Steve Fletcher, a director of the Company, has been issued 500,000 of these options. Mr Fletcher currently holds 72,000 ordinary shares in the Company. His maximum beneficial interest is therefore 572,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.98 per cent. of the so enlarged issued share capital. No other director has been issued with any options.
The total number of 1,650,000 options in issue represents 2.85 per cent. of the Company's existing issued share capital.
