Result of AGM & Directorate Change

Coral Products PLC, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of
specialist and technical plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester,
announces that at its AGM held earlier today, all resolutions were duly
passed.

Directorate Change

Following completion of the AGM and as announced on 31 October 2025, Joe
Grimmond, Chairman of the Company, has retired from the Company's Board with
immediate effect. David Low, former Senior Independent Non-Executive Director,
will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

The results of the polls were as follows:

Resolutions 1 to 8 were passed as ordinary resolutions, and resolutions 9 and
10 were special resolutions.
