Result of General Meeting

 

The Company announces that at the General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today
all resolutions, as set out in the GM notices, were duly passed by the
required majority.

The results of the polls were as follows:

 

Resolutions 1 to 7 were passed as ordinary resolutions, and resolutions 8 and
9 were special resolutions.

Resolution 05 above was to declare a final dividend of 0.6p per ordinary share
for the year ended 30 April 2023. This dividend has an ex-dividend date of 2
November 2023 and record date of 3 November 2023. This dividend will be paid
