Transaction in Own Shares

Coral Products PLC, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of
injection moulded plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester announces
that, on 10 July 2023, it purchased 292,038 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
(the "Buyback Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through Cenkos Securities
PLC ("Cenkos"), in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme
announced on 10 July 2023 (the "Programme"). The Buyback Shares acquired will
be held in treasury.

 Lowest price paid per share (pence per share):                   16.20
 Highest price paid per share (pence per share):                  16.31
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence per share):  16.29

 

Following the purchase of the Buyback Shares, the Company will have 90,277,589
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue, of which 292,038 ordinary shares are
held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares carrying
voting rights will be 89,985,551.

 

The above figure of 89,985,551 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No
596/2014 as it applies in the UK (the Market Abuse Regulation), the table
