announces, further to the announcement made on 24 September 2024, that the
notice convening a General Meeting of the Company (GM) has been mailed to
shareholders today and is available on the Company's website www.corcelplc.com

The GM is to be held on Wednesday, 23 October 2024 at 13:00 at WeWork, 3
Waterhouse Square, London EC1N 2SW.
