Corcel, the natural resource exploration and development company with
interests in nickel, cobalt and other battery metals is pleased to announce
that the resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held
earlier today were duly passed on a show of hands.

 

The proxy votes appointed to the Chairman cast prior to the AGM were as
