Result of General Meeting

Corcel, the natural resource exploration and development company with
interests in battery metals and flexible energy generation and storage is
pleased to announce that the resolutions put to shareholders at the General
Meeting held on 15 August 2022 were duly passed on a show of hands.

 

The total proxy votes received were as follows:

 

 Resolutions  For         %      Against  %     Withheld
 1            42,743,009  98.33  725,985  1.67  3,687,101
 2            42,733,000  98.32  729,810  1.68  3,693,285

 

A "Vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation
of the percentage of shares voted "For" or "Against" any resolution.
