Result of General Meeting

Corcel plc, (London AIM: CRCL), the extractive industries exploration and
development company with interests in battery metals including nickel, cobalt,
and rare earth elements, confirms that at the General Meeting (GM) of the
Company held earlier today to approve the resolutions, as set out in the
Notice of GM published to shareholders on 4 April 2023, both resolutions were
duly passed on a show of hands.

 

The total proxy votes given to the Chair prior to the meeting, were as
follows:

 1            284,314,311  99.26  2,123,753      0.74     70,763
 2            284,303,175  99.25  2,157,292  0.75         48,351

 

A "Vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation
of the percentage of shares voted "For" or "Against" any resolution.
