July 19 (Reuters) - Cordlife Group Ltd  CORD.SI : 
 * Cryoviva's appeal to high court judge against court's award of special and additional damages to company was allowed with costs 
 * Says proceedings are not expected to have any material impact on the company's performance for the financial year ending 30 June 2017 
 * Says company pay cryoviva costs of the assessment on an indemnity basis from 18 June 2014 onwards 
 * Says judge also ordered that cryoviva pay the company costs of the assessment on a standard basis up till 17 June 2014
