Dec 28 (Reuters) - Cordlife Group Ltd  CORD.SI : 
 * Repayment of loan granted to magnum opus international holdings limited 
 * Company has lent magnum funds in an aggregate amount of US$45.8 million 
 * Says amount of US$44.7 million of the magnum loan has today been prepaid 
   ahead of the final repayment date 
 * Waiver is not expected to have any material impact on EPS of company for the 
   current financial year ending 30 June 2016
