NOTIFICATION OF SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDING

Cornish Metals Inc. (AIM/TSX-V: CUSN) ("Cornish Metals" or the "Company"), a
mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing its 100%
owned and permitted South Crofty tin project in Cornwall, United Kingdom, has
been informed of changes to significant shareholdings by Lansdowne Partners
and Mr Reed following the recently completed fundraise. Lansdowne Partners'
shareholding is currently 64,583,333 shares and Mr Reed's is 67,085,000
shares, equating to 5.16% and 5.36%, respectively.
